The +V's of the Channel

Next to the Ops. the channel's voices(+), people who the ops feel add something special to the channel, are the heart and soul of #celebpics. Many of them have large collections and are more then happy to help you search for your favourite celebrities. Many of them also scan or cap themselves so if you have a request there is a good chance one of them has it. If you have questions and an Op is not available these are the people to talk to.

Voices are chosen completely independently by each channel operator. There is no official list of users that are representative voices of #celebpics. Furthermore users are voiced only by channel operators ( X and other equivalent types of bots are not used to voice users). However voice status is not guaranteed 100% of the time.
